Victor Quintana and Stephan Bretin founded Innovative Janitorial Services in 2008. Both were working for a national corporation in the janitorial industry and decided to open their own business when their former employer was bought out by a large competitor. In June 2014, Victor Quintana became the sole owner of the company. Innovative Janitorial has successfully grown into an enterprise that has over 100 employees in various areas in Southern California. Referrals have been the most powerful and effective means of generating new business. The driving force behind customers’ desire to share positive stories about organizations is the trust they have in the services and people associated with those entities.
