Full-Service Janitorial -Customized office cleaning including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, floor mopping, breakroom and bathroom cleaning performed daily, twice weekly, monthly- as you need it. -Strip and wax new or existing tile flooring as needed. -Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly burnishing (polishing) of tile flooring. Cleaning of ceramic tile grout, and sealing of grout or concrete floors. -Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) of all types of carpet, rugs, and walk-off mats. -Ground level exterior window washing, all accessible interior. Coordination of Other Services -Painting, replace/dispose of light bulbs, repair services, etc. -HVAC repair or replacement, pest control, carpet/flooring replacement.
