About
CCS Facility Services extended its reach into New Mexico through the acquisition of Albuquerque-based Sparkle Maintenance in 2021. Founded by Ben & Eleanor Lucero in 1964, and later run by sons Carlo and Paul Lucero, Sparkle has deep roots in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities and prides itself on a management team with a combined 300 years of contract cleaning and facility maintenance experience. The New Mexico branch of CCS industries served includes commercial real estate, data centers, high-security facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare/medical campuses, federal government installations, high-tech manufacturing facilities, private and public schools, call centers, and corporate campuses.
