  Unprofessional, let mold grow in basement

  “This company was around during the flood in March. They charged me for spraying a mold treatment in my basement and for leaving blowers down there. My adjuster said that it was done really improperly--blowers were just put down on floor and abandoned. I never signed a contract with them for their $475 job because they never showed up to care for equipment or dry basement out as promised. They showed up two weeks later and took their useless equipment without doing ANY mold treatment. Long story short: after botching job and allowing mold growth they started knocking on my door and calling my house three times in a row, threatening people, including my daughter, even though bill had to be OK'd by insurance (it never was). I regret that we ended up paying them because they were bullies because several pieces of furniture in basement are ruined and I have thousands of dollars in mold growth. I have experts that say it was their improper handling of flood in basement that caused this. It is bad enough they started job, stopped when they got busy with others, then when they were past busy time and had ruined my house, started acting like crazy people, bordering on telephone harassment and physical harassment. I intend to take this further.”
